As far as the UH athletics is concerned, I am assuming the players from Hawai’i fit into Title IX. This was a no discrimination policy based on sex and to enroll at a University for the purpose of school and playing college sports.

I would think the UH athletic dept. is the agency by which funds are funneled.

I’m not sure how KIF fits in this scenario.

So you’re telling me that I need to abide by Title IX? When they play 4 years at UH softball?

And that they have a degree and are smart because they went to UH playing softball. Is this the idea behind the clinics? No…!
