LIHUE — Kauai police arrested a Kapaa man on Monday in connection with a burglary at a Kapaa music store.
Jeremy Ewing, 35, was arrested for burglary in the second degree.
Shortly after 5 a.m. Monday, police responded to a building alarm at Larry’s Music and discovered the glass door damaged and two electric guitars stolen.
Video surveillance helped police identify the suspect as Ewing, who was located near the scene.
The two stolen electric guitars were recovered during the arrest. Ewing is being held at Kauai Community Correctional Center, with bail set at $10,000.
The investigation remains ongoing.
