Weekly community wellness classes are underway at Kumu Camp Pavilion in Anahola.
The classes are suitable for almost everyone regardless of age or experience. They focus on stress relief and include discussion about the causes of stress and how to relieve the negative impacts of stress.
Classes are Mondays, 8 to 9:30 a.m., Gentle yoga for beginners; Wednesdays, 8 – 9:30 a.m., Energizing Yoga Flow; and Fridays noon to 1:30 p.m.: Introduction to Stress Management.
Bring mat, small pillow, light blanket and water. Donations welcome.
