Jon Nakashima took the Muscle V8 class over Alma Koetje who also filled in the runner-up spot in the Ladies Class after dropping the lead to Kelsie Iida-Vierra.

The Garden Isle Racing Association and the Garden Isle Jr. Dragsters Racing Association will host its final night races of the calendar with the Labor Day races on Sept. 2 and 3 at the Kauai Raceway Park in Mana.
