HANALEI — Registration is open for the fourth annual Ohana Fit Fest scheduled on July 22 at Waioli Beach Park, also known as Pinetrees, on Hanalei Bay.
This free event features an obstacle run with three courses that differ in difficulty, and comprise of the balance beam, speed ring scramble, bar crawl, sand bucket carry, a short 50-meter swim, zig zag cone run, agility ladder, hurdles, tire flip, and ring the bell.
Participants can run in the individual category just for fun; age will determine which obstacle course and difficulty the participant will run. Or, for more challenge, register three people for the team competition and vie to win $300 in dining at Bar Acuda/Hanalei Bread Company.
