POIPU — The second Financial Empowerment for Women Conference is on Friday.
The conference, hosted by the YWCA of Kauai, includes workshop and panel discussions on topics like managing wealth, building a strong credit history and creative ways to spend money.
The keynote speaker is Brad Klontz, founder of the Financial Psychology Institute.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and the program runs until 4 p.m. A pau hana networking session is from 4 p.m. to 5.
The cost is $25 for four classes, which includes breakfast and lunch.
