Chelsey-Lynn Wahineui Okekai Lindsey Camat Perreira

Chelsey-Lynn Wahineui Okekai Lindsey Camat Perreira passed away on April 3 at the age of 28. She was born on Oct. 24, 1988, at Wilcox Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Victoria Kelau Lindsey, great-grandfather Edwin Pele Lindsey, grandfather Elmer Joseph Mandrigues, grandfather Wayne “Masa” Camat, great-grandmother Georgina Carvalho, and son, Kawai Nakoa Kamakanamaikalani Camat.

She is survived by her father Duwayne Camat, mother Glynis Camat, sister Ashley Camat (Kaimana Fu), brother Kekoa Camat, children Pookela Camat-Kameenui, Kaileia Camat-Kameenui, Paitutu Camat-Kameenui, grandmother Healani Mandrigues, grandmother Yvonne Camat and numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 6, at Wailua Homesteads Park. Visitation with the family will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Services will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a luncheon to follow. Ashes will be scattered at a later date.

The family requests casual attire.

Kawai Nakoa Kamakana-maikalani Camat

Kawai Nakoa Kamakanamaikalani Camat passed away on April 4. He was born on Nov. 29, 2014, at Wilcox Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his mother Chelsey-Lynn Wahineui Okekai Lindsey Camat Perreira, great-great-grandmother Victoria Kelau Lindsey, great-great-grandfather Edwin Pele Lindsey, great-grandfather Elmer Joseph Mandrigues and great-grandfather Wayne “Masa” Camat.

He is survived by his grandfather Duwayne Camat, grandmother Glynis Camat, aunty Ashley (Kaimana Fu) Camat, uncle Kekoa Camat and cousin Ridge Fu, siblings Pookela Camat-Kameenui, Kaileia Camat-Kameenui, Paitulu Camat-Kameenui, great-grandmother Healani Mandrigues, great-grandmother Yvonne Camat and numerous aunties, uncles and cousins.
