Table 53 to benefit Ho‘omana
POIPU — RumFire Poipu Beach announces that Ho’omana will receive proceeds from its Table 53 program in February.
The fundraising program at Sheraton Kauai Resort’s oceanfront restaurant donates net food and beverage proceeds from the designated table to a different local nonprofit each month. It has raised over $165,000 toward charitable causes since its inception in 2012.
Ho’omana’s mission is to “assist the emotionally, mentally, physically challenged and those with disabilities with every opportunity to reach their maximum potential.”
The organization uses its Wailua thrift store as a training site for those with special needs.
