Michael Tamashiro remembers Pearl Harbor

NAWILIWILI — Michael Tamashiro, an associate with Crazy Shirts, said Pearl Harbor is a reminder to him of the high cost of why he is able to enjoy his life.

He was sprucing up the display of Crazy Shirts Pearl Harbor 75th Commemoration shirts available at the Anchor Cove Shopping Center store. “Maybe I’ll wear one on December seventh,” Tamashiro said. “We must remember Pearl Harbor and what it took to give us this freedom we enjoy.”

Proceeds from sales of the Pearl Harbor 75th Commemoration shirts will be donated to the Pacific Historic Parks on behalf of the 75th Commemoration Pearl Harbor Committee.
