Eric Loy Dang
Eric Loy Dang of Lihue passed away peacefully at the age of 68 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, on July 20, 2016. Born on Oahu on July 5, 1948, he was a retired retail manager for F.W Woolworth stores.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond T. Dang.
Eric is survived by his wife, Eldene Dang; mother, Chin Hee Dang; brothers, Raymond S.L. (Audrey) Dang, Philip ( Bevra) Dang, Steve (Deborah) Dang; sister, Liane (Ken) Sloan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016, at the Lihue United Church in Pua Loke.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with service at 10 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.
Ronald ‘Ron’ Yukio Egusa
Ronald “Ron” Yukio Egusa was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Tom and Peggy (Tagami) Egusa on Feb. 11, 1948. Sadly, Ron died on July 27, 2016, on Kauai at the age of 68. He was a member of the Santa Clara Fire Department for nearly 28 years where he retired as Captain.
Ron is survived by his wife, Melissa Robertson Egusa, his daughter Kristina Egusa (granddaughter Leila), sons Mark Egusa and Joshua Rosario (grandson Aidan), and daughter-in-law, Toni Alysse Rosario. He is also survived by his brothers Richard (Michelle), David (Donna), and Michael (Jolie) Egusa, and sister-in-law, Susan Heichel as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews and his beloved dog, Betsey.
His celebration of life will take place on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 1 p.m. at Mission Springs Community Church, 48989 Millmont Drive, Fremont, CA 94538.

Katherine Pedro Camara
Katherine Pedro Camara of Kalaheo passed away at home on Aug. 8, 2016, at the age of 87. She was born on Oahu on Sept. 5, 1928, and was a dedicated homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Pedro and Katherine Harvey; brothers, Albert Pedro and James Pedro; sister, Dorothy Lopez.
Katherine is survived by her husband, Ernest Camara of Kalaheo; four children, Sharon (Johnson) Villanida of Kalaheo, Anthony (Tracey) Camara of Hanapepe; Dorinda (Richard) Banasihan of Kalaheo, Yvette (Mark) Scribner of Kalaheo; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; sister, Carol (Sam) Moretz of North Carolina; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016, at Holy Cross Church with viewing from 9 a.m. and services celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire is suggested.
