The basics, monitoring, and response to floods and tropical cyclones will be presented by Gregory Hall, head of the National Weather Service Lihue Data Collection Station, at a free public workshop at 6 tonight at the Hanapepe Armory at the Hawaii Army National Guard.
Hall’s presentation is part of the Hawaii Hazards Awareness and Resilience Program by the Hawaii Department of Defense and Hawaii Emergency Management Agency.
