How does your garden grow?

The face of the Kauai Community Market, a partnership with the Kauai Community College and the Kauai County Farm Bureau, changes Saturday when the 21st annual Kauai Garden Fair opens at the Kauai Community College Lawn from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Chris Spinosa and Morris Wise of Ko Bakery will have a special ice cream sandwich, and other vendors at the Kauai Community Market will be joined by a host of other guests who will offer a one stop shop for the garden and other growing material as well as a variety of local food and plate lunches.

Shopping is enhanced by special presentations by the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, and the 4-H clubs of Kauai come together to host special keiki activities, including a petting zoo, as well as helping shoppers with their shopping plant bounty.
