POIPU — Sheraton Kauai Resort’s charity fundraising program, Table 53, will benefit the Zonta Club of Kauai Foundation in August.
The resort will donate net proceeds for all food and beverage at Table 53 in the oceanfront RumFire Poipu Beach restaurant during its month-long fundraiser. Over $100,000 has been raised through the Table 53 program since its inception in October 2012.
The Zonta Club of Kauai Foundation was founded in November 2004 and has since awarded over $110,000 in scholarship funds to young women wishing to advance their statuses in society through higher education.
The July beneficiary was the Kauai Humane Society.
