Betty Jane Kali
Betty Jane Walker Loando Kali of Green Bay, Wisconsin, formerly of Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii, passed away on Feb. 5, 2015, at the age of 71. She was born on Jan. 10, 1944, in North Kona, Hawaii Island. She was a retired school bus driver.
She was preceded in death by son, Henry “Ku’uleialoha” Kali, (Xan), granddaughter, Makana Gonsalves, grandsons, Matthew and Kamuela Oligo, brothers, Cecil, Ralph, Clarence and Eddie Walker, sister, Cecilia Castillo.
She is survived by daughters, Ipo Kali, Kekaha, Loke (Fred) Oligo, Kekaha, Marlene Kali, Kekaha, Leimomi Kali, Kekaha, sons, Douglas Kali, Lawai, Joe (Lisa) Kali, Kekaha, Roi (Maile) Kali, (Jeannie) Wisconsin, Timmy (Kayla) Kali, Wisconsin; 19 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters, brothers, Herman (Bobbie) Walker, Oahu, Raymond (Pua) Walker, Hawaii Island, sisters, Violet De Motto, Hawaii Island, Shirley (Bob) Cruz, Las Vegas, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel, Koloa. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. and service at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Hanapepe Hawaiian Cemetery. The family is being assisted by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary, Koloa, Kauai.
