Shortly before 9 a.m., officers responded to a report of a possible domestic altercation near the parking lot of Kintaro Japanese Restaurant. Upon arrival to the scene, officers recognized the suspect as 21-year-old Benjamin Kaili Brown, who is wanted on a $50,000 cash warrant.
