There was a (breakfast) party going on Monday when Geri “Yo Sistah” Lynne Stewart took to the airways at FM97. Unfortunately, Wesley Carter-Fujinaka missed out on the grinds (no flying saucers) since he was at JROTC practice.
Janice Akiyama (she was volunteering at Tropic Care Kauai on Saturday) said Geri is so tall she goes eye-to-eye with the governor, and can’t use the chair for the DJs (BB Choi was at the Easter Seals golf tournament with a different partner than Jason Fujinaka) in the studio.
Good luck to Capt. Charles An (he looks like a real local boy in Hawaiian wear…Capt. Richard McAroy said orange is his favorite color) who will be heading to another Instant Readiness Training site in Indiana(?), Tuesday. Mahalo Col. Susan Fitzgerald, Dr. Dileep Bal, Toni Torres, Tommy Noyes, and every one of the nearly 300 people involved in the quality program offering free medical, dental and optometry services (you have until Thursday to be part of this program).
