KPD is asking for help with finding missing man

LIHUE — The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding a missing man.

Richard Leibman, age 35, was last seen at the Lihue Airport on July 23 when he and his mother were scheduled to catch a flight back home to Texas. He has not made contact with his family since.

Leibman is five feet nine inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and light brown hair. Leibman has a thin build and is of Caucasian descent.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call KPD dispatch at 241-1711, investigative services bureau, 241-1696, or crime stoppers, 241-1887.
