Happy Camper for Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012

Happy birthday to Laura Bukoski who celebrated her birthday in the shopping frenzy of the Kaua‘i Handworks fair Saturday! She had a good vantage point from behind Teresa Morita’s (really cool kids’ bags!) table.

Shinil Quilty was juggling two craft fairs at the same time — having some girls taking care of the Po‘ipu gift fair while she did the Kaua‘i Handworks fair and meeting up in Po‘ipu.

Patrice Pendarvis (she’s got a Xmas tea and artisan fair coming up Sunday) was doing the same thing, the artist working the Fine Arts Festival at the Hanapepe United Church of Christ while having someone take care of the Po‘ipu fair.

Anastacia Boucher was vending at the Holiday Gift Sale at the Hanapepe Public Library, offering a wide range of items including her window strings of colorful beads, her salts, her neighbor’s granola products and Chef Dave Boucher’s recycled horseshoe products which included everything from trivets to hangers.

OK, time to go see what Melissa McFerrin is up to at The Gourmet Community Market in The Shops at Kukui‘ula.
