Registration for UH Softball clinic accepted until Saturday

Registration for the Fielding, Hitting and Pitching Clinic led by the University of Hawai‘i softball team will be accepted through Saturday, said Waimea High School softball coach Teddy Perreira.

The clinic will cover basic fundamentals as well as having fun in softball and will follow the first-ever UH Wahine Softball Inter-Squad game, “Green vs. White”, which starts at noon at the Waimea Canyon Park.

The clinic is open to youth 10 and up and is scheduled to run from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Registration is $20 per player and will be collected at the park.

Registration forms are available at most of the schools around the island as well as from the athletic directors at the high schools.
