Melinda Sue Agan of Koloa died Sept. 28, 2011, at age 53. Born Feb. 25, 1958, in Hollywood, Calif., she was self-employed with Kaua‘i Vacations Rental.
She is survived by her husband, Derreck Agan; sons, Daniel O’Flaherty of Koloa, Jonathan O’Flaherty and Sean O’Flaherty, both of Kalaheo; daughters, Rachel O’Flaherty of Portland, Ore., Holly O’Flaherty of Po‘ipu and Melinda O’Flaherty of Kalaheo; father, Joseph K. Sandie; mother, Helen Sutherland; and brother, Kent Sandie of Orange, Calif.
Funeral service is scheduled at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Garden Island Mortuary chapel.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary.
