The month of June was Grant Award month at the Rotary Club of Po‘ipu Beach, according to a press release. Through the club’s annual fundraising efforts in combination with the investment income from the Rotary Club of Po‘ipu Beach Endowment Fund, the club distributed a total of $49,500 in educational scholarships and community grants to Kaua‘i recipients.
The Po‘ipu Rotary holds two major fundraising events every year: The Wine Tasting Extravaganza and a Vacation Raffle drawing.
