HANALEI — The 10th annual Hanalei Beach clean-up is set for 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Hanalei Pavilion Beach Park, a news release states.
Each year brings Independence Day celebrations that leave exploded fireworks debris on the Hanalei Bay shoreline. The day-after beach clean-up is part of the St. Regis Princeville’s service initiatives to collaborate with community partners for the betterment of Kaua‘i, the release states.
This year’s event is supported by Princeville at Hanalei, Makai Golf Club, The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas, Wyndham Vacation Resorts-Kaua‘i, County of Kaua‘i and many caring individual residents and visitors, the release states.
Bring gloves, a hat and sunscreen. Refreshments will be provided from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Prizes will also be awarded.
