LIHU‘E — Eric Dale Wakumoto, 23, who is Japanese, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 125 and has brown eyes, black hair and a last known address in Hanama‘ulu, tops this week’s Most Wanted list, according to information supplied by the Kaua‘i Police Department.
Though the printed description states he has no facial hair, the photograph of Wakumoto shows him with a goatee. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court, and his bail is $5,000.
Lance Streling Bator, 49, is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair and was last known to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court and his bail is $4,000.
Noel Pascual Andaya remains on the Most Wanted list. He is Filipino, 46, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and a last known address in Kalaheo, and is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and is also wanted for investigation of violating a protective order. His bail is $3,500.
Kean Patrick Lynch, 37, is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court and his bail is $3,000.
Matthew Alan Zmuda, 26, is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and was last known to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area. He has blue eyes and blond or strawberry hair, and is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court.
He is also wanted for questioning for various traffic crimes, reckless endangering, theft and criminal property damage. His total bail is $2,000.
