HONOLULU — The University of Hawai‘i men’s volleyball team will host Stanford in a three-day exhibition series starting today, then continuing Friday and Saturday at Klum Gym. The matches are open to the public with free admission.
The teams will open play today from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., starting in Gym I, since Klum Gym is not available until 4:30 p.m.

On Saturday, the teams will be at full squad, with the Kailua Volleyball Club joining Hawai‘i and Stanford in a round-robin format. The KVC is a club team consisting of many former UH standouts.
First-year head coach Charlie Wade will make his debut with the Warriors. Wade spent the past three years as the University of the Pacific’s women’s head coach and prior to that spent 11 years as UH’s associate women’s coach under Dave Shoji.

Heralded recruit Jonas Umlauft will be in action.
