• Alternating single-lane closures between Anini Vista Road and Princeville for road reconstruction work.
Kapule Highway
24-hour, seven-day-a-week closures for road resurfacing through Nov. 3
• Closures at Halau Street and Vidinha Stadium Access Road intersections. All access will be closed. Motorists wishing to access the stadium should use Kaana Street or Rice Street (to Hoolako Street). Through traffic on Kapule Highway will be unaffected.
• Closures at Kaana Street intersection through Dec. 8. All access to Kaana Street (west) from Kapule Highway will be closed. Motorists wishing to access Kaana Street should take Hoolako Street west to Kaana Street.
Ma‘alo Road
8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., daily
• Single-lane closures on Ma‘alo Road in both directions between Mile Point 0.0 and Mile Point 1.0 for pavement resurfacing.
Wailua Cane Haul Bridge
10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily
From Nov. 2 – Nov. 6
• Wailua Cane Haul Bridge will be closed. Both lanes of Kuhio Highway will remain open. Contra flow hours are changed to 6-9:30 a.m.
Exercise caution while driving through this area and allow an extra 45 minutes to reach your destination.
