Congratulations to coach Clarence Sales and his Team Central ‘ohana for hosting such a great tournament (coaches Randy Apele and Clifford Victorino of the NJB Warriors agreed). Clarence had his computer at the game and was updating the Team Central Web site almost as fast as the scoresheets were done.

Kameron Ng is only 9 years old, but was playing tough with Ali‘i Basketball (John Matsumoto, father of All-Tournament team player Jayden Matsumoto, said the boys were thrilled with the TGI coverage and are looking forward to returning), winning the hearts of fans and players alike as he went up against those Under 14 players.
Great job to coach Shawn Kinimaka on some smart basketball — the Burger King break en route to the airport was well deserved.
Mahalo, too, to Kaua‘i Police Chief Darryl Perry for getting the results of the Kaua‘i Bicycle Stage Race in. Josie Pablo said Solette works at Mahelona which was one more reason for Josie to race. But in addition to keeping track of times, laps and other race data, she was a good pit crew, helping the chief on his tech stop.
