Summer Swim League
The County of Kaua‘i Parks and Recreation Aquatics Division is sponsoring a summer swim league, which will run from June 15 through July 30.
The league will be held four days a week for one hour each day, taking place at the Kapa‘a Pool on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and at the Waimea Pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays, also from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Come and try out on the first day by swimming the length of the pool (25 yards) using any stroke. Over the course of the summer, participants will learn different swim strokes, improve technique, swim faster, get into great shape and have fun. There will also be a Lollipop swim meet at the end of the summer.
