LIHU‘E — In observance of Good Friday, county offices will be closed on Friday, along with all refuse transfer stations and the Kaua‘i Resource Center, a county news release says.
The Kekaha Landfill and Puhi Metals Recycling Center will remain open during the holiday, as well as all HI-5 bottle redemption centers that are normally open on Fridays with the exception of Kaua‘i Resource Center.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on a modified schedule on Good Friday and on all other county holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Residential refuse pick-up will continue as scheduled.
Normal business hours for county offices and services will resume Monday.
Public libraries will be closed Friday and Sunday for the holidays.
