Wilson shot a 5-over 76, with bogeys on the No. 2, 4, 11 and 16 holes, a double bogey on the No. 17 and just one birdie on the par-4 eighth. Wilson finished the day at 6 over for the tournament.
McLachlin’s second-round 1-over 72, despite the improvement from his first-round 73, put him at 4-over 146 for the tournament. The cut was made at 1 over.
Round 1 leader Jim Furyk pummeled down the leaderboard with a 7-over 78 and dropped to 59th place. Steve Stricker and Nick Watney lead at the Copperhead Course at 4-under.
