LIHU‘E — Police are searching for a man who robbed the Lihu‘e Chevron station located on Rice Street last Wednesday, according to a county press release.
The suspect was wearing a mask when he reportedly entered the station at 12:37 a.m., pushed the cashier aside and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register. He then fled on foot, the release said.
The suspect is between 5-feet 10-inches and 6-feet 1-inch tall and weighs between 175 and 200 pounds.
At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a black beanie, blue jeans and a long-sleeve white shirt.
