Ilima Rivera recently released her fourth CD compilation, “Winds and Colors of Christmas.” She was joined on this collection by her father, well-known entertainer, song-writer Larry Rivera, her sister, brother and three daughters. On Tuesday she will present her holiday compositions on KGMB, Channel 9, “Sunrise Program.” She describes the overall mood of this CD as one that expresses her connection Kaua‘i. The following is an excerpt from the song, “Colors of the Wind”: “‘Opaeka‘a Falls and Wailua are my brothers; pueo and the monk seal are my friends. And we are all connected with each other, in a circle — in a hoop — that never ends.”
