Kalawai Youth Baseball to hold meeting tonight

The Kalawai Youth Baseball Club will be holding a board meeting at 7 p.m., tonight, at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center. Everyone is invited to this meeting to discuss the upcoming Kalawai baseball season.

Parents, coaches and others who are interested in getting involved, are encouraged to attend this meeting and give valuable input for the new season.

NYC to start final series today

The public is invited to view the Gene Wells Memorial Series yacht races hosted by the Nawiliwili Yacht Club.

The first race of the six-race series starts today at the Nawiliwili Harbor and the public can view the competition at no charge from the jetty wall area.

This is the final race series for the year for the NYC.

First flag flies at 5 p.m. and there is a post-race party at the NYC Clubhouse following the race.

The Club accepting registration for camp

The Club at Hanalei Bay Resort is now accepting registration for its October Break Tennis and Swim Camp. The camp will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. from Oct. 6 to 10.

Outrigger club hosts water safety fundraiser

Kukui‘ula Outrigger Club will host a golf tournament on Oct. 19, at the Kiahuna Golf Course with a portion of the proceeds supporting water safety on Kaua‘i. The programs are for both residents and visitors.

The tournament will be from noon to 5 p.m. at Kiahuna.
