The Kaua‘i Democratic Women’s Caucus will host Rep. Mina Morita, D-District 14, at a meeting Sunday.
Morita is scheduled to speak on a Constitutional Convention, a process that allows for revisions to the state’s founding document. The Constitution requires that voters be polled every 10 years on whether to call a ConCon. This November voters will be asked whether one should be convened.
The talk, which is open to the public, begins at 2 p.m. at 3920 Hunakai St. in Lihu‘e.
