The University of Hawai‘i Warrior fans in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl can now celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at a rally, party and concert with other fans, Hawai‘i celebrities, and former Warrior and current NFL players.
In addition, the Hawai‘i football coaching staff are scheduled to attend.
The all-ages event will feature entertainment from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Monday at The Sugar Mill in New Orleans’ Warehouse District located within walking distance from most hotels and to the French Quarter.
Entertainers scheduled to perform include Willie K., Vili The Warrior, Augie T., and Na Leo’s Nalani Choi, with additional music provided by DJ Shakin Melodiz.
NFL players with Hawai‘i ties will be attending the event including Samson Satele (Miami Dolphins), Isaac Sopoaga (San Francisco 49ers) and others.
Tickets are $49 in advance, and $59 at the door.
Children under age 10 are free.

They also will be available in the lobby of the Hotel New Orleans (881 Convention Center Blvd.) beginning Saturday and at The Sugar Mill the evening of the event.
The Sugar Mill is located at 1021 Convention Center Blvd. in the historic Warehouse District directly across from the Convention Center.
