Kaua‘i’s Jewish community and Rabbi Alexis Pearce invites the public to celebrate the Jewish New Year and high holidays from Sept. 12 to 22.
Erev Rosh Hashanah will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Michael’s Church in Lihu‘e.
Rosh Hashanah will be oberved from10 a.m. to noon Thursday at St. Michael’s Church, followed by an Oneg and Tash Lich.
Shabbat Shuvah will be celebrated from 10 a.m. to noon at Saturday, at St. Michael’s Church followed by an Oneg.
The community will celebrate Yom Kippur and Kol Nidre at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 at St. Michael’s Church. The celebration will conclude Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. to noon and again by 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. followed by a sumptuous Break the Fast at St. Michael’s Church.
