This year, a High School Camp designed and recommended for all soccer players who aspire to get better at the game of soccer is being offered. This applies to any AYSO Select, aspiring Olympic Development Player level, and both the varsity and junior varsity at high school level. Players ages 12 to 17 years are invited to learn more about this offering which will take place Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The Team Soccer Direct camps offer 10 hours of quality instruction, a T-shirt, quality Brine ball, water bottle and an award.

Joining Kuntz in this year’s camp is coach Christopher Cooper, University of California at Irvine, 2002, Men’s Assistant Coach at UH Hilo, and former player for Kuntz. A number of college players will also be assisting at the camp.

Team Soccer Direct curriculum has been developed by NCAA coaches led by Kuntz who will personally oversee the Kaua‘i clinic. Kuntz’s team at Irvine finished the 2006 season ranked in the top 25, nationally.

Drawing on its coaching experience of more than 29 years, Team Soccer Direct offers professional instruction in areas such as skill training, tactical decision-making, and position play. Along with learning the game of soccer, players learn the meaning of team play and sportsmanship.
