The Mabel I. Wilcox Foundation Trust has donated $2,000 in support of the American Cancer Society Hawaii Pacific division’s Look Good … Feel Better program on Kaua‘i. This program helps cancer patients feel more confident about their appearance and gain self-esteem as they undergo cancer treatment.
“Cancer patients often have concerns about their physical appearance during treatment. With the support of organizations such as the Mabel I. Wilcox Foundation Trust, the American Cancer Society can help address those concerns,” said Charlotte Kawamura, volunteer leader of the American Cancer Society, in a press release.
