Workshop explores body-mind connection in weight loss

Marylin Stompler, president and CEO of Fat No More Corporation, will share her own story about her lifetime struggle of losing weight and her insights about the M.E.S.S. blocks to weight loss and on how to let them go.

In 2004, Stompler quit her executive job as vice president of a successful company to follow her passion, write her book “Fat No More! Release the Subconscious Blocks that Prevent your Weight Loss,” and develop coaching and workshop programs to help the thousands of women struggling with losing weight.

An ordained minister, Stompler has earned an M.B.A., a B.S. in Engineering, and a B.S. in Business.

“Losing weight is not just about dieting or exercising as proved by the countless number of failed diets and exercise programs,” she said. “First, you need to identify and release the many Mental, Emotional, Subconscious, and Spiritual (M.E.S.S.) blocks that prevent you from losing weight.”

During a Saturday workshop in Princeville, Stompler will introduce the themes of her book that contend M.E.S.S. blocks are what prevents weight loss and then will suggest powerful techniques to let these blocks go.

“Marylin Stompler’s insights and knowledge about the M.E.S.S blocks preventing women from losing weight are life-changing and her expertise helped me tremendously,” said a follower of her program from Nevada.
