The North Shore School of Music will hold its second seasonal Music Camp from Dec. 27 to Dec. 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and a jam session on Dec. 30 at the Church of the Pacific.
The music program includes: Beginning guitar and ‘ukulele and intermediate guitar with Fred Dente; intermediate ‘ukulele with Ben Gaskin; Tahitian drums with Tepairu Manea; beginning and intermediate piano and harp with Carmen Dragon; and recorders with Kimmer Morris.
Classes are offered to kids from kindergarten through high school. The sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long, and range from $13.50 each (kama‘aina rate) to $20 for out of state. The fee covers art activity for all. There are scholarships for qualified students.
