Rochelle Ballard’s Second Annual O’Neill Island Girl Junior Pro, presented by Reef and Nukumoi Surf Co., hits PK’s in Po‘ipu on Sunday, Aug. 13.

The event is open to up-and-coming women surfers from Hawai‘i between the ages of 8 to 21 (Hawai‘i residents only).

The goal of the contest is to provide a platform for the young women of Hawai‘i to advance from amateur to professional surfing.
