In observance of Memorial Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on Monday, along with all refuse transfer stations, the Kekaha Landfill and Puhi Metals Recycling Center.
In a Tuesday press release from the Mayor’s office, Mary Daubert said residential refuse pick-up will continue as scheduled, and the Kaua‘i Bus will also run on Memorial Day on a reduced schedule.
Normal business hours for county offices and services will resume on Tuesday.

The offices of The Garden Island will be closed, but a Monday newspaper will still be delivered.
