“Smart Investing in Today’s Environment” is the seminar.
Participants will learn about important investment tools, gain advice from experts in investor education, and learn what members of the U.S. Congress are doing to protect investors, she said in a press release.
“When it comes to making smart investment choices, we believe an informed public is the first line of defense,” she said.
The event is a combined effort by U.S. Sen. Daniel K.
Akaka, D-Hawai’i, and representatives of the DCCA, National Association of Securities Dealers and Hawaii Council on Economic Education.
