Kaua’i Police Department officers are looking for Cody Powers, a 17-year-old male juvenile who has been missing since Jan. 20. He is described as caucasian, 5 feet 9 inches tall with blue eyes and blond shoulder-length hair.
Cody did not return from Kaua’i High School on Jan. 19 and may be in the company of his father, Anthony Powers. He was last seen on Jan. 23 at Whaler’s Brew Pub with an older male and has been seen at night around Borders in Lihu’e.
