Matsuyo Yoneji Horibe of Waimea died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Feb. 3, 2005, at the age of 94.
Born in Nawiliwili, on Nov. 10, 1910, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Lester Y. (May) Horibe of Fullerton, Calif. and James K. Horibe of Honolulu, O‘ahu; two daughters, Kathryn K. Kubo of Waimea and Janice A. (Robert Sr.) Agustin of Puhi; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mitsuso (Toshiko) Yoneji of Minneapolis, MN., and Masami (Noriko) Yoneji of San Jose, Calif.; one sister, Setsuko Isoda of Koloa; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests no monetary gifts and flowers. Services were private.
