I am compelled to write this letter to address my personal concerns about “legal eagles.”
I have been noticing the Increase of out-of-state residents purchasing luxurious homes and condominiums on Kaua‘i and have indicated they are legal residents. I came across an individual that said he lives 50% out of the year on Kaua‘i and 50% in Carolina. I question the legality of this individual who said he is a legal resident. Obviously It appears to me he claims a duo residency.
Therefore, due to the election disputes occurring this year in the Mainland states, I believe my concerns are relevant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to investigate duo residents that are possibly voting in two different states.
