Alice K. Napoleon Iida
Alice K. Napoleon Iida died April 22, 2004 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 90. Born Dec. 28, 1914, she was a retired secretary at GTE Hawaiian Tel with 42 years of service.
Preceded in death by her husband, Benedict Iida, Jr., who died April 8, 2004, she is survived by two sons: Ronald (Jean) Iida of Lihu‘e and Sherwood (Sylvia) Iida of Kapa‘a; one daughter: Jocelyn (the late Clyde) Yamamoto of Lihu‘e; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, May 7 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 6:30 p.m.; visitation to follow. The family requests casual attire and that flowers be omitted. Arrangements are being handled by Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Katherine M. Morris died April 15, 2004, at her home in Portland, Ore., of natural causes.
She is survived by Lillian Cramer (William) of Lawa‘i, Constance Ramkissoon (Reuben) of Oak Brook, Ill., Roberto Shirley Morris of Lawa‘i, and John Philip Morris of Mobile, Ala. Also surviving are nieces and nephews: Brian Cramer of St. Helena, Calif., Lloyd Cramer of Aurora, Colo., Kevin (Denisse) Ramkissoon and Keri (Kevin) Strong; and grand nieces and nephews Jon and Faith Cramer, Kristy and Steven Strong.
A memorial service will be held at the Lawai Seventh Day Adventists Church on Saturday, May 8 at 3 p.m. Interment will follow at the Kauai Memorial Gardens in Lihu‘e at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 10.
