The Kaua’i Soccer Club-North team took second place in the 2003 Mililani 7-A-Side Soccer Tournament during Thanksgiving weekend. The team played the championship game in pouring rain and muddy fields against Mililani Shockers in the Girls Under 14 division. The
The Kaua’i Soccer Club-North team took second place in the 2003 Mililani 7-A-Side Soccer Tournament during Thanksgiving weekend.
The team played the championship game in pouring rain and muddy fields against Mililani Shockers in the Girls Under 14 division.
The Shockers took the championship with a 5-1 win. The KSC-North got to the championship after dropping to the HSC Bulls 3-1, but came back over the Kaua’i Blue Dolphins 4-2.
A total of 11 boys and girls teams from Kaua’i traveled to Mililani to play in the annual tournament.
The team members of the Kauai Soccer Club-North include Noelani Moeller, Leila Barnett, Nahtice Nield, Gillian Pickett, Seri Niimi-Burch, Lila Neuberger, Racquel Figueroa, Kristen Steiner, Jocelyn Enrique, Lena McRoberts, Natasha Pigao and Kyah Schneider. Their coach is Gwen Tamura.
