Manoi leads Hana Hou to victory

Hard Knocks 1, Hana Hou 4

Kalana Manoi notched a double and a single while Clinton Fujii knocked a two-bagger to lead Hana Hou to a 4-1 win in the Thursday night games of the county’s 35-Over softball played at Isenberg Park.

Clayton Tani drove in an RBI on a homerun to lead the Hard Knocks.

Saulie Wong allowed four hits on a walk for the Hana Hou win on the hill while Dave Onodera was hit for six time on three walks and a strikeout in the loss.

Universal Delivery 4, Mike Soong 6

Ron Garlie’s single RBI on a single pushed Mike Soong into the winner’s column, 6-4 over Universal Delivery.

Sia Salausa drove in a pair of RBI’s on two singles with Frank Salausa helping the effort with an RBI on two singles, and Tom Kim finishing off with a pair of singles in the win.

Jeff Iida drove in two RBI’s on a single to lead Universal Delivery who also got RBI’s from Ronnie Matsumura on three singles, and Lance Nakata on a pair of singles. Kelly Robinson finished the night with a pair of singles in the loss.

Mel Lorenzo picked up the win on the hill with 13 hits allowed while Steven Mardonada was strapped with the loss on a dozen hits allowed on a walk.

Pahio 3, Ikaika 1

Destry Carvalho drove in an RBI on a pair of singles to lead Pahio to their 3-1 win over Ikaika.

Randy Riggan finished with an RBI on a triple with Harry Best ending on a pair of singles to lead Pahio while Ikaika saw six players come up with at least one hit apiece in the loss.

Lambert Alapai took the win with six hits allowed on two walks and a strikeout while Glenn rodero was strapped with the loss on eight hits.
