PRINCEVILLE — The Princeville Corporation announced in late August the sale of an 18.5 acre land parcel to Starwood Vacation Ownership, INC. on the northshore.
The site is located on an ocean side bluff overlooking Anini Beach within the community of Princeville and will be zoned for resort use.
Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc. has plans to build a luxury vacation ownership resort on the site. The resort will be located near the Princeville Hotel, one of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.’s 17 hotel locations in Hawai‘i.

The newly planned resort will become part of the Starwood Vacation Network, an innovative exchange program that gives its members easy access to all the exciting Sheraton and Westin Vacation Ownership as well as to Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.’s more than 740 properties around the world.
