High Technology Solutions (HTS) officials announced recently that the company was awarded a follow-on contract to provide joint service test and evaluation (T&E) and “Training Program Support” at the U.S. Navy’s Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands.
Under this contract, HTS will continue to provide engineering, logistics, and technical support services at PMRF.
Those services include program management support, system design, integration, installation and testing; Universal Documentation System (UDS) support and planning document preparation.
Specific tasks include performing site surveys and preparing related reports, providing recommendations for the utilization of systems assets and equipment, supporting coordination of range and system requirements in the Hawai‘i area, coordination and support of U.S. Navy and joint service program tests, range safety support and undersea systems support.
The primary support location will be at PMRF and the Hawai‘i area, but support may also be required at various outlying locations.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is the contracting agency for this competitive procurement.
The contract has a five-year period of performance, with a potential value in excess of $30 million.

HTS supports the development, testing, and fielding of government technology initiatives, with an emphasis on missile defense, homeland defense, test and training ranges, and technical support services.
